The Court of Appeals said the city Department of Education was right to fire three teachers: The Bronx's Ericka Bolt, for encouraging students to cheat on a statewide test; Brooklyn's Terrell Williams, for pestering female students for photos of their hot moms; and Queens' Amira Beatty, for abandoning a special-needs kid.
