A pregnant Bronx teen who was Tasered in the stomach by cops wants the name of the sergeant who gave her the jolt — and she’s going to court to get it.
Dailene Rosario and her mom petitioned a Bronx court on Tuesday to order the NYPD release the sergeant’s name, so she can file a lawsuit against him for the Feb. 10 shock.
“It's not as if it's a mystery and people who don't know who this is. His face was all over the internet,” Rosario’s lawyer, Scott Rynecki said. “There's no reason he should be a John Doe.”.....
